Traveled with group. Dec 30, 2023. Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities. At its price point NYAH is quite disappointing. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. It feels neither luxurious like a nice hotel nor homey like a well maintained motel.
